The "Lilou cuvée" was designed to celebrate the birth of Lilou, daughter of Matthieu Sirac. The latter wanted to give the best of himself to pay tribute to his first child.

The aging and the fruit of this new cuvée Lilou 2018 are in phase and present notes of blackcurrant followed by nuances of liquorice and coffee. This charming vintage is ample and generous, its tannins are suave and well integrated. They provide a very good aging potential. Awarded the gold medal at the Lyon wine competition, it will be even better if you have the wisdom to hide it in your cellar until 2026. You will then have another ten years to taste it with a confit duck for example or even a vegetable curry…
