In our constant search for excellence and the pleasure of our consumers, Château Le Porge competes in the biggest wine competitions in France. These competitions are subject to strict rules. The best competitions in France involves many tasters, some of them seasoned players in the profession, and others simple consumers, in order to establish a reliable ranking each year among the dozens of wines in competition.
This is how our wines were awarded in 1988 at the Concours Général de Paris, notably with 8 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 2 bronze medals.
At the Concours de Bordeaux, from 1986, our wines obtained 1 gold medal, 7 silver medals and 3 bronze medals.
In Macon, since 1989, 1 gold medal, 1 silver medal and 7 bronze medals have been awarded to the wines we have presented there.
Finally, at the Lyon International Competition, which we have only been participating since 2015, 2 gold medals and 1 silver medal were awarded to our wines.
But our best reward is the satisfaction of our customers, their gourmet consumption and their numerous comments which motivate us every day.
