Aged in oak barrels in the purest respect of the great wines of Bordeaux, endowed with a good intensity, this 2019 vintage reveals aromas of blackcurrant, black cherries and morello cherries, well patinated by the aging. Its tannins are fleshy and silky with a fresh and tense mouth. The parcelization of our harvests has allowed us to take all the care necessary for good vinification and to bring real aging potential to this 2019 vintage, which has already been awarded a bronze medal at the Macon wine competition. To be kept in the cellar for 3 to 6 years.
