The history of Bordeaux Rosé is much the same as that of Bordeaux Clairet and dates back to the 14th century. At that time the wines produced in the region were clearer than the currently known red wines. With a pretty light pink color, the Bordeaux rosé comes from a shorter maceration than the Bordeaux Clairet. It develops aromas of flowers, garden fruits, citrus fruits and spices. It can be enjoyed at a maximum of 8 °, so it is advisable to always have a bottle in a cool place. You never know ...
